Teenage Cancer Trust Unit, Nottingham
This exciting and welcome project will see the creation of a dedicated Teenage Cancer Trust Unit for teenage cancer patients (13-18 years old) and a new, improved ward for younger cancer patients (0-13 years old).
Concept are project managing this £4.5m development at Queens Medical Centre which is jointly being funded by Teenage Cancer Trust, Nottingham Hospitals Charity and Nottingham University Hospitals NHS. (April 2014).
Say it with Flowers
Bunches Florapost, a flowers by post business based in Newstead North Nottinghamshire, have called upon Concept’s services again to project manage the latest extension to their call centre and distribution facilities. The new offices and chilled warehouse space will allow continued business growth, and are to be delivered in time for this year’s Christmas trading. Construction work commences on site in mid- June. Concept project managed Bunches’ last extension to their facilities back in 2007. (February 2014)
Extra Care for Lawley Telford
Sanctuary Housing Association took possession of the new extra care facility in Lawley Telford in April. The development comprises 60 apartments, together with communal areas and roof top terrace area. Following a short period to deliver the FF&E elements to the communal areas including a café, restaurant, and hair and beauty salon, the first tenants will move in during June. Concept project managed this new £6.5M project from inception to completion, as part of the wider Lawley Square Village Centre development. (March 2014)
