New Leeds office for expanding boutique project management firm Concept
|
|
Boutique project management company Concept has a new office in Leeds as part of a major five year expansion plan.
The office, at the Cubic Business Centre in Stanningley Road, will be headed by regional director Peter Brough, and has seen the appointment of senior project manager Ian Fryer to the team.
The company, which also has offices in Nottingham, Birmingham and Milton Keynes, specialises exclusively in project management without supermarket style add on services and aims to double its turnover by 2013 and increase its staff to tackle its expanding portfolio of work.
Concept, which aims to achieve a large part of its growth through its expanding appointments in the public sector, was recently appointed to the project management framework for the Learning and Skills Council to work with FE colleges in northern England.
It beat off competition for the coveted role from some of the UK’s biggest names – and was selected partly on the strength of its bespoke approach and the gravitas of its staff.
The new appointment is expected to generate further appointments within other sectors of the education industry – namely HE and the government’s Building Schools for the Future programme.
It also plans to build on successes within the hotel, leisure and motors industry.
