The project encompassed 211Nr bedrooms including a number of twin beds, providing a total of 217Nr bed spaces, together with social spaces. This included games rooms, a cinema room and gymnasium, with a café restaurant area available for both students and the general public, together with outdoor amenity areas. The development is situated in the centre of Dublin, 150 metres from Inns Quay the banks of the River Liffey and adjacent to Dublin’s famous neoclassical Four Courts buildings. Completed on time and within budget, the development offers particularly high standards of student accommodation and facilities and is one of the first bespoke residences of its kind to be completed in Dublin.
