Lawley Village

The task was to create a district centre to support a major residential development of over 3500 new homes on the outskirts of Telford. Built in a number of phases, it included a 45,500 sq ft new food store, 28,000 sq ft of ribbon and standalone retail, complete with 23 high quality two bedroom apartments and 16 town houses together with public realm and car parking.
