Asset Management & Compliance
We have provided project management services to the University of Leicester to assist with the delivery of Asset Management projects and Statutory Compliance programmes across their estate.
Concept have developed expertise in the delivery of complex statutory compliance survey programmes and remedial works, including fire risk assessment works, gas network compliance and water hygiene remedial works within their residential and teaching buildings.
We have also worked alongside the University’s Asset Management team to deliver a number of larger stand-alone improvement schemes, including upgrading of electrical distribution, Replacement of fire alarm systems and lift replacement.
