Waterside Apartments

The project involved the redevelopment of the former Rushcliffe Borough Council Offices, to provide high quality, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residential apartments. This landmark building adjacent to the cricket ground enjoys some of the best views along the River Trent making this one of the most sought after locations in Nottingham. The office building was stripped back to the original concrete frame and provided a total of 68 apartments within the existing shell. 41 new apartments were added by extending the North and South Towers with a further 12, 3-bedroom luxury Duplex Penthouse Apartments constructed above the roof level of the existing building. The completed scheme of 121 apartments, together with retail space, leisure and amenity facilities for the residents will ensure that this iconic structure continues to dominate the south Nottingham skyline for many years to come.
